Please submit one subscription type at a time. If you have students on different subscription lengths, add all the names for one type first and submit, then come back and do the other.

Add students

Paste your student list below. You can copy and paste directly from Excel, Word, a database, or any other source. Each line should include a first name, last name, and email address in any order — the system will work out the correct format automatically.

Add department teachers (optional)

Up to 5 colleagues in your department who also need access. Use exactly the same format as for students: one person per line with a first name, last name and email address in any order. They are added to the same upload as your students. Their usernames are their name followed by teacher and the licence expiry date. If you need access yourself, include your own details here.
